Supervisor - Data Management
Ms. Beena Balachandran began her career with OOD as a Computer Teacher for Grades 9 & 10 in 2011. At the time she coordinated PISA as well as CBSE work, including registrations. During her impressive career she has donned the roles of Digital Hub Leader in 2013 and Digital Leader/GLG & Website Coordinator in 2015. In 2018, she was promoted as the Supervisor for Data Management and since has been monitoring and maintaining the school’s website, VLE, Google for Business, social networking sites and Alumni database.
She is at the helm of innovative and effective technology driven learning practices across the school. She conducts regular CPDs for departments and builds in-house state-of-the-art applications. Furthermore, she coordinates and conducts all External Benchmark Examinations. Subsequently, she processes, analyses and scrutinizes data before helping all stakeholders in comprehending its implications. She also supports the school registrar with KHDA and Parent School Contract-related work.
